Ella Langley Fans Respond to Her Transformation in Recently Resurfaced Clip
Ella Langley’s fans barely recognized her in a video from a few years ago.
In a recently resurfaced 2022 TikTok, fans were amazed to see the country sensation applying her own glam before a performance with musical duo Big & Rich. At that time, the chart-topping artist had not yet cut her iconic bangs and was dressed in a comfy blue T-shirt.
“I can’t believe this is Ella,” remarked one surprised fan, while others praised her natural beauty. Another added, “When in doubt, just add bangs!!!” A third fan commented, “Wow, the glow up is real. Good for her.”
In the video, the “Choosin’ Texas” singer provided her followers with a makeup tutorial ahead of her show. “I haven’t shared a makeup get ready with me for my performances, so let’s do that,” she explained to the camera.

Langley kicked off her makeup routine with foundation, which she blended in using her hands. She then contoured her face and added some color with blush, finishing her look by filling in her brows and applying mascara.
Ella has been candid about her appearance, revealing in a 2025 TikTok Live that she received Botox in her jaw to address a clicking temporomandibular joint (TMJ), according to Tuko News.
She also recounted the story behind her well-known bangs during an April episode of Theo Von‘s “This Past Weekend” podcast. “I have a bad habit of cutting my own hair. Most of the time it ends badly — that’s how I ended up with bangs in the first place,” she reminisced.
Langley continued, “I wore a cowboy hat for a while, but I took it off during a windy performance because it was bothering me. I thought, ‘I’ll just go without it.’ I liked how my bangs framed my face.”
“About 20 minutes before I went onstage, I decided to trim my bangs a bit, and it turned out terribly,” she laughed. “I was supposed to be shooting the cover art for my first album the following week, and my creative director Caylee Robillard was like, ‘I can’t believe you did this.’ So I told her to just go with the bangs. I don’t think I can ever go back. It changed my life a little, I’d say.”
