John Legend’s Daughter Esti Adorably Chants “I Love My Daddy” in Heartwarming Video
John Legend has just demonstrated that his daughter Esti is indeed his biggest supporter.
On Sunday, September 14, Legend, 46, took to Instagram to share a delightful video of Esti, 2, and his sons Miles, 7, and Wren, 2, enjoying a lively dance party in their living room. They were grooving to his rendition of “Glory” from the Grace for the World concert at St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City, now available on Disney+. While Miles perched on the couch and Wren leaned against the coffee table, Esti was right in front of the TV, clapping and jumping with excitement. The little one then began to bounce on the couch, enthusiastically shouting, “I love my daddy!”
Legend echoed Esti’s love in his caption, stating, “Esti loves her daddy!”
The adorable video received an outpouring of love from fans in the comments.
“AAAAAAWWWW!!! Her love for her daddyyyyy!!! 🥹🥹🥹 Go back home and get them right now!! 😂,” one user commented.
“We all love her daddy❤️,” another wrote.
“So sweet! Esti, your daddy is truly fantastic! I’m sure he loves you dearly too! ❤️,” a third fan remarked.
Legend shares Esti, Miles, Wren, and his eldest daughter Luna, 9, with wife Chrissy Teigen. The couple first met in 2006 while filming the music video for his song “Stereo,” and they eventually married in September 2013.

Legend and Teigen, 39, welcomed Luna in April 2016, followed by Miles in May 2018.
The couple announced in August 2020 that they were expecting a third child. The following month, Legend and Teigen sadly revealed their loss of the pregnancy.
“We are shocked and experiencing a kind of deep pain we’ve only heard about, a pain we’ve never felt before. We couldn’t stop the bleeding and provide our baby the fluids he needed, despite multiple blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough,” Teigen expressed in a heartfelt Instagram post.
She added, “We typically don’t decide on our babies’ names until the very moment just before we leave the hospital. However, we started calling our little one in my belly Jack. He will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our family, and he will be here forever.”
Legend and Teigen later welcomed Esti in January 2023. In June of the same year, they announced the birth of Wren via surrogate.
“We want to express our gratitude for the incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra. We are overjoyed to announce his arrival, with a name that will forever connect him to you, Wren Alexander Stephens,” Teigen wrote on Instagram, honoring her surrogate. “Our hearts, and our home, are now complete. And to our Jack, we know that both of their angel kisses are from you.”
