Tracy Anderson Reveals Her Children’s ‘Profound Grief’ Following Ex-Husbands’ Passings

Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson has opened up about how her children coped with the loss of their fathers, both of her ex-husbands — Eric Anderson and Matthew Mogol.

“Given the immense loss my children have faced — my son at just 21 years old. His father [Eric] was such an incredible man, truly the best and most engaged father,” Tracy, 50, shared in the episode of the “Parenting & You” podcast on Tuesday, October 14.

Tracy explained that her first husband, Eric, was a professional basketball player, but he never pressured their son, Sam, into athletics.

“It was wonderful to witness that because so many parents try to relive their athletic dreams through their children,” Tracy noted, reflecting on her time with Eric. “I adored him. When his sister called to inform me of his passing, the first thing she said was, ‘I always thought you two would end up back together.’ I was taken aback and said, ‘Karen, what are you saying right now?’”
