Angelina from Jersey Shore Shares Heartbreaking News of Her Miscarriage
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Angelina Pivarnick has announced that she experienced a miscarriage shortly after revealing her pregnancy on the show.
During the episode aired on Thursday, May 28, the 39-year-old reality star shared the unfortunate news regarding her fertility and confirmed the miscarriage in a preview for the next episode.
“I’m just not feeling like myself. Something is happening with me and my pregnancy, and I’m unsure what to do,” Angelina expressed in a confessional, voicing her concerns during Thursday’s episode.
Angelina also reached out to her co-star, Sammi Giancola, who was pregnant at that time, to share her worries.
“I’m spotting,” Angelina confided to Sammi. “I’m currently using a pad.”
Sammi, who had previously experienced a pregnancy loss, grew concerned for Angelina.
“I’m being honest with you, when I miscarried — it started with spotting — then things escalated,” said Sammi, 39. “So I’m getting a bit worried about you. I don’t want to assume the worst, but for your peace of mind, please go to the ER to get checked out.”
In a confessional, Angelina admitted she felt “definitely scared about what I might find out.”
A sneak peek for the next episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation confirmed Angelina’s worst fears.
“I woke up in the middle of the night,” she said in the preview. “I’m actively miscarrying.”
Angelina first announced her pregnancy in the May 14 episode, showing Sammi a positive pregnancy test.
“There’s no way this just happened naturally. There are no sperm donors involved,” remarked Angelina, discussing her fertility challenges that have been a focal point this season.
Angelina further shared her surprise and excitement in a confessional during the episode.
“I didn’t think I could get pregnant, but here I am … pregnant,” she stated. “This could be something amazing. This might be my fairy tale, my journey, my baby.”
During the episode, she called the father, referred to as “John Doe-Nor” (a nod to “donor”), to share her pregnancy news.
“So, I have some news for you,” she informed him over the phone. “I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!”
On the same night the episode aired, Angelina posted, “I’m pregnant !!!! #jsfamilyvacation.” She did not provide any further updates on her social media after filming concluded in March 2025.
