Ariana Grande Suffers from ‘Deep Cut’ Injury, Can’t Wear Heels on Tour

Ariana Grande is embracing comfort over style for the last two shows of her Eternal Sunshine Tour.

“My beloved fans, I wanted to inform you that I will be wearing comfortable shoes for tonight’s performance (and possibly for tomorrow’s as well) due to being bandaged up as I recover from a minor injury,” she shared through her Instagram Story on Monday, August 31. The pop star reassured everyone that she’s healing, stating, “It’s not a sprain or a muscular issue but rather just a deep cut!”

“So if you notice me performing tonight without my usual high heels, or if I seem to have some difficulty placing weight on that foot, you’ll know why!” she elaborated. “But don’t worry! The show must go on and I’m recovering!”

Grande, 33, wrapped up her message with, “I’m so eager to perform for you tonight and tomorrow (even if I am a few inches shorter than normal) … I love you always ♾️.”
