Ice Spice Unveils Playful New Tattoos Just Below Her Backside
Ice Spice is playfully showcasing her newest tattoos.
On Sunday, September 6, the 26-year-old rapper shared a bold video on Instagram that highlighted her fresh ink, which adorns the back of her upper thighs — just below her backside.
The new tattoos feature the words “saint” and “sinner” elegantly written in cursive on each thigh.
“For the love of the game,” she captioned the video, which was accompanied by her latest single “Out My Face (My Baby)” featuring Lil Yachty.
Ice, whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston, rose to prominence in 2022 with her hit “Munch (Feelin’ U)” and gained even more fame when she collaborated with her friend Taylor Swift on the “Karma” remix the following year.
“I connect with Ice on many levels, but her dedication and focus truly captivated me from the beginning,” Swift shared with Variety about her friend in September 2023. “She’s incredibly professional yet warm. Fun and playful without losing sight of her goals. She knows what works for her and sets those boundaries with elegance. She observes the industry and the careers of other artists but is adamant about creating her own unique, original journey. Her talent for balancing those elements is what truly amazes me.”
“That’s my sis. We were discussing a lot of topics,” Ice mentioned in a Variety feature at the time. “She’s so hilarious. We were enjoying a drink and just chatting and vibing.”
Ice attended Swift’s wedding to Travis Kelce on July 3, according to ESPN talk show host Pat McAfee, and even serenaded the couple with a song. Swift and Kelce, both aged 36, celebrated their marriage at Madison Square Garden in New York City this past summer, surrounded by a star-studded list of guests.
During his show in July, McAfee mentioned that he wasn’t completely aware of all the songs performed at the wedding, including one by Ice, but noted that the rapper “had a lot of energy up there.”
“I guess when I said Avril Lavigne performed ‘Sk8r Boi,’ that was the first time it was mentioned,” he explained. “But she was fantastic.”
“To clarify, those musicians were quite impressive. They would call each other up, and then step in to perform,” he added regarding the musical acts at the wedding.
“That was the most incredible evening I’ve ever been part of. I can’t wait to reminisce about it throughout the day,” McAfee remarked. “I’m sure there were things I agreed not to discuss, but from what I’ve read, others are talking about it a bit because there were no phones allowed. No notes or writing, so it’s all just in memory.”
