Celebrities Who Raise Chickens at Home: A Collection of Photos
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Jennifer Garner, and several other celebrities have welcomed pet chickens into their families.
“She’s always had a passion for chickens,” the Duke of Sussex remarked about his wife during their CBS tell-all interview in March 2021, while showcasing their chicken coop.
Harry and the Duchess of Sussex, who relocated to California in 2020 after stepping back from their senior royal responsibilities, constructed a haven for their rescued chickens, aptly named “Archie’s Chick Inn.” (This name pays homage to their oldest son, Archie, who was born in May 2019.)
The Suits alum, who expressed her love for rescuing animals, from chickens to dogs, also shared her enthusiasm for their home in Montecito, California. “It’s so simple, but it’s incredibly rewarding. Just getting back to the basics,” Meghan, who gave birth to daughter Lilibet with the duke in June 2021, remarked during that interview.
