Serena Williams’ Adorable 16-Month-Old Adira Tries on Makeup in Charming Video
Serena Williams has an adorably talented team of makeup artists at home.
On Thursday, May 15, Williams, 43, took to Instagram to share an endearing video featuring her daughters, Alexis Olympia Ohanian, 7, and Adira River Ohanian, 16 months, giving her a makeover. In the video, Williams, who shares her little ones with her husband Alexis Ohanian, started with a clean face, allowing Adira to delicately apply concealer onto her cheek with a brush.
“Here’s my makeup artist,” Williams said to the camera, while Alexis enthusiastically encouraged off-screen, “Perfect! Now, some blush.”
Instead of applying makeup on her mom, Alexis chose to showcase her skills on a mannequin head, using a beauty blender to add blush to the faux face.
“How long have you been doing makeup?” Williams asked Alexis.
Alexis replied, “Since I was 2 or 3. I wanted to be good at [doing makeup] like mommy.”
Williams then turned the camera back to Adira, who was trying to apply blush on the tennis champion’s face. “Good job, sweetheart,” Williams laughed.
Before ending the clip, Williams shared some contouring tips with her daughters.
“Look at my girls!!!!! THE way @adiraohanian handles that sponge though!” Williams captioned the post. She continued to express her feelings, “She’s not even 2 yet! I have loved makeup my whole life. It started at a young age for me, and my girls are following in my footsteps… now if only I could get them to pick up a tennis racket…. 🤔 🎾 @olympiaohanian @wyn.”
Fans and celebrity family members quickly praised Alexis and Adira’s makeup skills in the comments. “Can I be next?” Serena’s sister, Venus Williams, commented. Tennis player Genie Bouchard added, “The sweetest ❤️.” Many others chimed in, calling the video “so cute.”
