A Timeline of Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague’s Relationship
Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague have had an on-and-off relationship for five years since they left the Love Island U.K. villa.
Fury, a professional boxer, was one of the initial bombshells of season 5, which premiered in June 2019. After forming a connection with fellow contestant Lucie Donlan, Fury later found himself attracted to Hague following her late entrance to the Spanish villa. The couple paired up and remained together until the season’s conclusion.
Post villa life, they continued their romantic relationship and eventually moved in together.
Hague, a fashion influencer and blogger, expressed her feelings to Cosmopolitan UK in June 2021, stating, “I genuinely believe we’re soulmates. My parents adore him, and we’re so in love—it’s cringeworthy but in a good way. We know we’re destined to be together forever. People often think we’ve broken up based on Instagram likes—if Tommy forgets to like one of my pictures, I get DMs inquiring about it. But we are truly happy, like two peas in a pod.”

June 2019
The couple was cast on season 5 of the ITV dating show. After being “coupled up” for a month, Fury used a stuffed animal to ask Hague to be his girlfriend.
A note pinned to her toy elephant read, “Dear Mummy. Daddy wants to tell you that you’re his everything. I’ll leave it with Daddy.” Fury reinforced that Hague is “the only girl for him” and suggested making their relationship official.
August 2019
The duo showcased their loyalty during the infamous Casa Amor twist, joyously reuniting afterward. They ultimately secured second place, behind now-exes Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.
October 2021
Following their stint on TV, the couple moved into a shared apartment in Manchester. Nearly two years later, their home was burglarized while they were away. Hague shared the harrowing experience in a YouTube video, describing their home as being “robbed, ransacked, and emptied.”
