Blake Shelton Finally Attends Gwen Stefani’s Sphere Concert

Blake Shelton finally had the opportunity to see his wife, Gwen Stefani, shine at The Sphere alongside her No Doubt bandmates.

“So proud of my wife @gwenstefani and the @nodoubt guys for working their tails off and putting on this incredible show,” the country singer, 49, shared on Instagram on Sunday, May 24. “Finally got a night off to see it… Un-freakin-real.”

Shelton’s post featured clips from the Las Vegas concert where Stefani, 56, announced from the stage that he was in attendance.

“Memorial Day weekend, Blake Shelton is here,” Stefani excitedly told the audience. Shelton joyfully responded, “That’s me!”

He shared a snippet of Stefani performing “Just a Girl,” with both him and the crowd singing along. Additionally, he highlighted several moments from the band’s set at the iconic Las Vegas venue.

After the performance, Shelton met Stefani backstage, where she presented him with his own No Doubt jacket. Once he put it on, the couple shared a heartwarming hug.

Earlier this month, Shelton missed Stefani’s inaugural show at The Sphere for a legitimate reason—he had a concert scheduled in the same city that night. While performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, he humorously addressed the situation.

“My wife came to town. She’s here. Well, she’s not here. She’s over at the other venue,” he informed the crowd on May 6. “What kind of a d***head books us on the same nights, every single night? I think my manager did that, and he’s right here, isn’t he?”

Shelton clarified that Stefani and her bandmates—Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont, and Adrian Young—were starting their month-long residency at The Sphere.

“My wife, Gwen Stefani. I like saying it out loud. I know it sounds kind of cheesy. She’s performing tonight over at the Sphere. I’m so glad you’re not there. It’s strange to say, but it’s true,” he joked. “One thing I heard her say on stage was, ‘We’re in Las Vegas. We can do whatever the hell we wanna do.’ Don’t tell any authorities that I said that… You’re on your own. But I heard Gwen say that, and then she sang whatever songs she planned to. It would blow people’s minds.”

Stefani and Shelton first crossed paths in 2014 while collaborating on The Voice. What started as a professional relationship evolved into romance, with the couple beginning to date in 2015 after Shelton’s divorce from Miranda Lambert. They exchanged vows six years later.
