Jeff Lewis Teases $3 Million Makeover on Still Flipping Out
Jeff Lewis is making a grand return to Bravo very soon.
In an exclusive sneak peek from Us for the series premiere of Still Flipping Out on Monday, September 28, Jeff, 56, demonstrates his exceptional design instincts as he unveils one of his most cherished home transformations to date.
“I purchased the June Street house in December 2022,” Jeff reveals during a confessional. “Initially, I estimated a renovation cost of $400,000, but it escalated to $3 million. I kept enhancing every detail, making it better—so I truly enjoy having a project.”
He adds, “I’ve loved every moment of working on that house over the past three years.”
This renovation is not exactly light on the wallet, featuring $100,000 windows, an $80,000 HVAC and electrical system, a $225,000 pool, and a $50,000 walk-in closet.
Jeff’s chief of staff, Shane Douglas, has a humorous take on the spiraling renovation costs.
“When he first acquired it, the plan was to just fix the kitchen. But Jeff can easily justify his way into much larger expenses,” Shane quipped. “I’ve seen him do this over and over; it turned into, ‘Alright, I’m also going to tackle the secondary kitchen because it’s right there. And I’ll do the powder room and the pool bath and the master suite,’ which caused the costs to skyrocket.”
But one home renovation is just the beginning of Jeff’s endeavors. This season on Still Flipping Out, viewers will follow the reality star as he balances the pressures of his popular SiriusXM show on Radio Andy, an eponymous design business, his cherished group of friends known as the chumps, and much more.
Fans first got to know Jeff during his stint on Flipping Out, which aired for 11 seasons on Bravo until 2018.
In a conversation with Bravo Insider, Jeff discussed the evolution of house flipping since Flipping Out debuted in 2007.
“Prices are high, but homes aren’t selling. It’s quite challenging to flip these days,” he remarked in an interview released on September 20. “While it’s not impossible, the process isn’t as straightforward. You really need to be experienced and have a solid strategy, plus consider the possibility of depreciation or falling prices. Adapting to this reality is essential.”
Still Flipping Out debuts on Bravo on Monday, September 28, at 9 p.m. ET. New episodes will be available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
