Jessie James Decker’s Kids Flaunt Their Abs by the Beach
Jessie James Decker’s children showed off their toned physiques while enjoying a sun-filled vacation.
On Sunday, July 5, Jessie, 38, shared an Instagram carousel featuring her kids Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, and Forrest, 8, striking poses in swimwear that highlighted their abs. (Jessie and her husband, former NFL star Eric Decker, also have a 2-year-old named Denver.)
The photos captured the trio embracing each other against a gorgeous backdrop of crashing waves and a clear blue sky. Additional images in the collection showed Jessie and her kids having fun with friends, sporting festive red, white, and blue costumes for the 4th of July, including a second view of Forrest lifting a basketball singlet to flaunt his abs.
Eric, 39, also featured in several photos and a video, including one stunning sunset portrait of the entire family smiling together on a footpath.
Fans quickly flooded the comments with compliments on Jessie’s post, expressing admiration. “I need their workout plan,” one follower joked, while another quipped, “ABSSS-solutely beautiful!!!!!”
This isn’t the first time Jessie has showcased her children’s toned tummies on social media. In January, the country singer celebrated the new year with tropical Instagram photos. “2026 here we come baby!! Here’s to fresh starts, full hearts, happy babies, and beautiful memories to come,” she wrote. “My resolution is always health, happiness, and quality time with those who matter most!!!”

In 2022, after facing criticism for sharing photos of her children’s abs, Jessie responded during an interview with Fox News. “I know what a great mom I am, and I know my truth. It doesn’t bother me,” she explained on December 30 that year, asserting that she doesn’t dwell on criticism and understands that it’s part of being in the public eye.
