Kroy Biermann Reportedly Took NSFW Model on Family Trip
Kim Zolciak’s estranged spouse, Kroy Biermann, is reportedly dating a model who has seemingly been near their children.
As per court documents reviewed by Us Weekly on Thursday, June 4, Biermann, 40, brought the woman along on a family trip to Florida earlier this year.
“During Spring Break 2026, [redacted] joined KJ on a trip to Panama City Beach. His father planned to take the kids, and Kroy and I discussed, via text, the sleeping arrangements and other logistics for the trip,” a letter from the mother of a girlfriend of one of Zolciak, 48, and Biermann’s sons claimed. “I only learned after the trip that Kroy’s girlfriend accompanied them. This raises concerns due to her dubious influence. Despite many of her explicit materials being taken off the internet recently, I had seen the photos before their removal. This person shouldn’t be around teenagers or offering them guidance on their behavior.”
In the letter, first reported by TMZ, the unnamed writer stated, “My daughter understands that she cannot spend extended time with the girlfriend. I would assume Kroy would feel the same if I took one of his children on a trip with an OnlyFans male model as my guest.”
Us Weekly has contacted Biermann’s lawyer for a statement. It remains unclear if Biermann has pursued any relationships with individuals linked to OnlyFans or if this was just a hypothetical scenario mentioned.
The letter’s author expressed her motivation for reaching out to the court-appointed guardian responsible for custody recommendations in Zolciak and Biermann’s divorce proceedings.
“This letter’s purpose is not to advocate for removing the Biermann children from either parent’s care,” the letter explained. “I genuinely hope these children can maintain a relationship with both parents, if feasible.”
Zolciak and Biermann — parents to KJ, 15, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12 — have been caught in a public legal dispute since filing for divorce in May 2023. Although they briefly reconciled months later, the divorce proceedings resumed by August 2023.
In March, Biermann sought sole custody of their minor children after having previously agreed to a joint custody arrangement, according to court records.
A judge approved a temporary parenting plan wherein the children would remain in Biermann’s physical care.
In her recent court documents, Zolciak — who is also the mother of daughters Brielle Biermann, 29, and Ariana Biermann, 24, whom Kroy legally adopted in 2013 — alleges that her estranged husband has been involved in sexual relationships with “multiple women in recent months,” including one who has stayed in his home and vacationed with children reportedly present.
Zolciak claimed in court filings that her children have reported seeing “[Kroy] missing for hours while hearing him engage in sexual acts with his current girlfriend” on several occasions.
Kroy, however, testified that the woman was just a “friend,” according to court documents.
