Kyle Richards’ Daughter Farrah Expecting Her First Child
Kyle Richards is preparing to become a grandmother for the first time as her eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, is expecting her first child.
“My most thrilling launch yet. Arriving late November 2026,” Farrah, 37, shared on Instagram on Friday, July 3, along with beautiful maternity pictures.
In the images, the real estate agent donned a white cropped tank top and jeans, gently cradling her baby bump while showcasing her ultrasound images.
Kyle, 57, expressed her joy in the comments section.
“😭❤️ I can’t wait for this new chapter!! 🥹🙏 Love you tons, Fairy!” the star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills commented.
Kyle shares Farrah with her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, to whom she was married from 1988 to 1992. She is also the mother to daughters Alexia, 30, Sophia, 26, and Portia, 18, with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky.
“You are stunning, and I’m thrilled for all of us. This baby is going to receive so much love ❤️❤️❤️,” Mauricio, 56, commented on the post. “I can’t wait, woohoo.”
Farrah’s sisters joined in on the congratulations.
“!!!!! Make way for Aunty Alex!!!” Alexia wrote, while Sophia added, “I can’t wait for our baby. Best news of my entire life!!!”
“We’re having a babe!!!! 😍😍😍” Portia chimed in.
Farrah’s pregnancy comes over two years after she and her ex-fiancé Alex Manos ended their engagement after a six-year relationship.
“Farrah and Alex ended their engagement last fall,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in March 2024. “Farrah ended the relationship because she felt she had been waiting on the engagement for a long time, and once it happened, the dynamic changed, leaving them in a poor place.”
The insider continued, “Farrah felt that Alex wasn’t as enthusiastic about wedding planning, and the feelings weren’t mutual, leaving her feeling stuck.”
Farrah works as a real estate agent at Mauricio’s The Agency, which was featured on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills from 2022 to 2024.
“I have always been passionate about real estate since my childhood. I would drive around to open houses with my mom and Mauricio from the age of 6. I was fascinated by seeing all the properties,” she told The Daily Dish in 2016. “Having grown up in L.A., I know the area very well. I spent a lot of time with them, developing a love for property, especially since L.A. boasts some of the most incredible homes and lifestyles worldwide.”
