Love Island USA’s Corbin Claims He Hasn’t Thought of Kenzie Despite Intense Moments
Love Island USA’s Corbin Mims has made it evident that he’s not focused on Kenzie Annis just days after they were intimate in the villa.
In the episode aired on Thursday, June 25, Corbin shared with the guys that he hasn’t considered Kenzie at all since heading to Casa Amor. Meanwhile, Kenzie is equally set on exploring new connections.
Corbin’s comments follow a scene from the Sunday, June 21 episode, which briefly depicted Kenzie and Corbin together in bed. The next morning, Trinity Tatum mentioned she overheard someone engaging in “French fries,” which sounded “too wet” to merely be a kiss.
In a confessional, Kenzie confirmed that she had an intense interaction with Corbin. “I was definitely getting some French fries. Feeling great,” she exclaimed. “We probably got a little carried away, but I feel a strong connection with Corbin.”
From the context, “French fries” refers to manual sexual acts like a hand job.
Love Island USA first debuted in the U.K. in 2002 before expanding globally with various spin-offs, including Love Island USA on Peacock. The show showcases a new group of singles each season who must pair up to remain in the luxurious villa.
The contestants, known as Islanders, live in seclusion within the villa and are under continuous video monitoring. To stay on the show and vie for the $100,000 prize, they must be partnered up.
While seeking a deeper connection is common, Season 7 of Love Island USA seemed to break records for the frequency of hookups — only to be surpassed in Season 8.
From Hannah Fields and Pepe Garcia to Huda Mustafa and Jeremiah Brown, the reality stars found clever ways to sidestep discussing their intimate moments for a national audience.
“We had a code name for intimacy,” Hannah revealed exclusively to Us Weekly in June 2025. “We would ask, ‘How was your journey? What was that journey like?’ Huda [initiated this] saying something like, ‘Oh, my journey went all the way.’”
Season 8 took intimacy to a new level, with several couples becoming fully involved while sharing a bedroom in the villa. The potential for more escalated further with Casa Amor debuting halfway through Sunday’s episode.
New episodes of Love Island USA are released six days a week, excluding Wednesdays, on Peacock.
