Meghan Trainor’s Husband Celebrates Her as a Superwoman This Mother’s Day
Meghan Trainor received an outpouring of affection on Mother’s Day 2026 from her husband, Daryl Sabara, and their three children.
“Happy Mother’s Day @meghantrainor,” Sabara, 33, shared on Instagram on Sunday, May 10. “You somehow accomplish EVERYTHING while making it look effortless.”
He added, “You are the heart of our family, the true magic in our home, and the strongest person I know. Witnessing your love for our little ones is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced 😍.”
Trainor, 32, and Sabara are parents to sons Riley, 5, and Barry, 2, along with their daughter Mikey, who was born via surrogate in March.
“Our kids are so fortunate to have you … and I’m the luckiest of all,” the Spy Kids star expressed on Sunday. “You will always be my superwoman, and I’m nothing without you.”
Recently, Trainor canceled her entire Get in Girl Tour to dedicate more time to her family.
“After much consideration and some tough discussions, I’ve made the hard choice to cancel the Get in Girl Tour,” she announced in a social media post last month. “Balancing a new album release, getting ready for a national tour, and welcoming our new baby girl into our growing family has proven to be more than I can handle at this moment.”
While Trainor recognized the disappointment her cancellation might cause fans, she believes it was “the right decision” for her family.
“I realize this may disappoint my fans, and I sincerely apologize for letting you down,” she concluded at the time. “But I truly believe this is the right decision for my family and me right now. I promise to return soon, and I can’t wait for you to hear this new record. I’m incredibly proud of it and eternally grateful for your love and support.”
Sabara, Riley, and Barry have previously accompanied Trainor on tour.
“I can’t wait, [but] I’m also quite anxious,” Trainor exclusively told Us Weekly in her April cover story about bringing her family along again. “I know the shows will be fun and great and tiring, but the fans keep me fueled. It’s daunting taking a 6-month-old on the road because we have no clue what [Mikey] will be like at that age.”
To ease the chaos, Trainor planned to have her mother watch over Riley, Barry, and Mikey during performances.
“[When] the kids are asleep and I’ve finished the show, I need you to help me shower, pull my hair back, and give me my medicine to ensure I’m okay,” Trainor recalled discussing with her mom, Kelli. “I still need my mommy. That’s non-negotiable.”
