Spencer Pratt Feuds with Alex Cooper Over Heidi Montag’s Song
Spencer Pratt has voiced his frustrations with “Call Her Daddy” host Alex Cooper, alleging she refused to promote his wife Heidi Montag’s music.
In a TikTok Live session with Bethenny Frankel on Saturday, January 18, Pratt, age 41, revealed he reached out to Cooper, age 30, asking her to “post” a track from Superficial, the 2010 album by Montag, age 38. This request arose after Montag’s album recently achieved chart-topping success following the couple’s home destruction in the L.A. wildfires.
“I asked [Alex] to share the song, and I texted her husband [Matt Kaplan] saying, ‘Hey, this would really help us,’” Pratt shared with Frankel, age 54. “I kept tagging her and messaging, and she responded, ‘We have many people displaced at our house,’ and I’m like, ‘Post the song, girl.’”
Us Weekly has contacted a representative for Cooper for their input.
Pratt further stated, “With respect, if I maintain my platform and continue being a top-tier, wealthy celebrity, she’s in trouble, because now I have a grievance with her. It’s going to be a target on her.”
This comment elicited a “wow” from Frankel, who then inquired about how extensive Pratt’s “hit list” currently is, referring to those in his life who have upset him. Pratt answered, “At present, it’s just Alex Cooper.”

Pratt, who has been married to Montag for over 16 years after they wed in Cabo San Lucas in November 2008 and had a second ceremony in Pasadena five months later, mentioned that Cooper’s alleged refusal has led him to ally with Cooper’s former “Call Her Daddy” co-host Sofia Franklyn, who now leads the “Sofia With an F” podcast.
During their discussion, Pratt told Frankel, “Now I associate with ‘Sofia With an F,’ they are my support now. ‘Sofia With an F’ posted the song and even made a dance out of it.”

Fans have come together in support of Pratt and Montag following their announcement on social media that their Pacific Palisades home was destroyed by fire on January 7. Since this tragic event, the couple, who share two sons, Gunner, 7, and Ryker, 1, have provided updates and requested financial assistance from their followers.
Superficial climbed to the top of the charts on Saturday, January 11, as confirmed by Montag at that time. “Thank you so much to everyone. No 1 on iTunes chart, oh my gosh,” she stated via her Instagram Stories that day. “I appreciate all the immense love and support for my music, especially during this tough time—it’s been such a blessing.”
Fellow celebrities including Paris Hilton and Jhené Aiko, both affected by the L.A. wildfires, also rallied behind Montag through Pratt’s celebratory Instagram post. “🥳Congrats @heidimontag 👏,” commented Hilton, 43, while Aiko, 36, added, “Love this!!!!!!! 🫂💙🥰 @heidimontag !!!”
Model Emily Ratajkowski also showed support for Montag by posting a TikTok video of herself enjoying the track “I’ll Do It” from the album. “Didn’t anticipate this Heidi Montag song to be the soundtrack to the 2025 apocalypse, but hey, f*** yeah,” Ratajkowski, 33, remarked in the video.
