Stassi Schroeder Ordered to Attend Therapy Following Dispute Over Beau’s Sister

Stassi Schroeder’s disagreement with her husband Beau Clark regarding his close bond with his sister extended beyond Italy.

On the Monday, April 28 episode of the “Taste of Taylor” podcast, Schroeder’s friend Taylor StreCKER shared insights on the heated argument, already filmed for season 2 of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa.

Strecker described the argument as “a blip on the radar” during her conversation with Schroeder, 36, to which the former Vanderpump Rules star responded, “It doesn’t feel like a blip when it’s broadcast on national TV and when you all insisted I go to therapy afterwards.”

Schroeder expressed her frustration, wondering why everyone in her life seemed eager to encourage her to pursue therapy. While she didn’t share extensive details about her dispute with Clark, 45, she mentioned she’s “currently involved” in therapy for herself.

Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark are among several couples from Vanderpump Rules who have tied the knot, though their wedding wasn’t featured on the Bravo series. Before fans were introduced to Beau in season 7 of Bravo, Stassi had chronicled tumultuous relationships with Jax Taylor, Frank Herlihy, and Patrick Meagher on the show. […]

Viewers of Vanderpump Villa were taken aback by an episode that revolved around Schroeder and Clark as they argued about his sister throughout.

“Beau tends to prioritize his sister Georgia’s needs over anyone else’s — including his wife. Since Beau met his sister later in life, perhaps he’s just trying to compensate for lost time?” Schroeder reflected in a confessional when the season aired on Thursday, April 24. “I try to overlook it, but it is completely f***ing weird.”

As the couple delved into Clark’s tattoo dedicated to his sister rather than to Schroeder, tensions escalated further.

“[Your ex] Jax [Taylor] has yours. I’d really prefer not to imitate your ex-boyfriend’s [tattoo],” Beau remarked about Taylor’s well-known ink honoring Schroeder, with whom he had an on-again, off-again relationship in 2013. “Getting a name tattooed is often seen as a bad omen.”

Schroeder found it challenging to grasp her husband’s perspective.

“It’s time you get my signature on your body. It hurts me,” said Schroeder, who has a daughter, Hartford, 4, and a son, Messer, 19 months, with Beau. “You can’t have your sister on your arm without having your wife and the mother of your children. That’s f***ing weird.”

She proceeded: “A name tattoo is usually associated with bad omens at the start of a relationship or a toxic relationship. But when you’re married, it makes me feel really embarrassed. I am feeling genuinely angry.”

While the couple worked through their issues on camera, Schroeder clarified on Monday that the concern wasn’t about Clark’s bond with his sister.

“That’s never been on my mind. I enjoy joking about Georgia and Beau’s closeness, but it’s just an Italian thing. Italians often link arms and hold hands with their siblings — which I find f***ing weird,” she shared. “It’s their culture, and I can express that this behavior seems wacky. I’m not upset about it, but I want to address it.”

Vanderpump Villa is currently available for streaming on Hulu.
