Yolanda Hadid Makes a Rare Red Carpet Debut with Bella
Yolanda Hadid made a rare appearance on the red carpet alongside her daughter, Bella Hadid, at the Cannes Film Festival.
The former RHOBH star, now 62, captured attention in a vibrant red dress with a cinched waist, complementing it with silver earrings and a necklace. Bella, 29, was stunning in a gold Elie Saab gown during the event on Monday, May 18, in Cannes, France.
This occasion marked the first time Yolanda and Bella graced the red carpet together since their appearance at the God’s Love We Deliver 16th Annual Golden Heart Awards in New York City in October 2022.
On another note, Bella attended a screening of the French drama Another Day at the film festival on Sunday, May 17, with her brother Anwar Hadid. For the Sunday gala, Bella dazzled in a strapless satin gown in a soft gray hue, featuring a bejeweled bodice and an impressive train, styled in an updo by OLAPLEX Ambassador Jacob Schwartz.
Since her divorce from ex-husband David Foster in 2016, Yolanda has largely stepped back from the public eye. (Foster has since married American Idol star Katharine McPhee, having previously been wed to B.J. Cook, Rebecca Dyer, and Linda Thompson. Yolanda was married to real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000, and they share three children: daughters Gigi and Bella, and son Anwar.)
In August 2024, she announced her engagement to her boyfriend of five years, Joseph Jingoli. Yolanda revealed to People that Jingoli, 66, had proposed while they were vacationing in her home country of Holland in 2022.
However, their relationship did not culminate in marriage, as People reported they amicably separated in January 2025.

Fans hoping to see Yolanda return to the spotlight and possibly join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills again might want to temper their expectations.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight back in October 2022, Yolanda indicated that filming for the Bravo series did not suit her lifestyle. (She revealed in December 2012 that she had been diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease, which can lead to fatigue, muscle pain, and cognitive challenges.)
“During my first season, I was diagnosed with neurological Lyme disease, and it was a daily struggle throughout that season,” she shared. “I stayed on thinking, ‘I’ll be better next season.’ I didn’t realize Lyme would be a long-term fight. Now, 10 or 12 years later, I’m still dealing with it.”
Yolanda shared that she was “never [operating] with a full set of brains on the show” because of her ongoing battle with chronic Lyme. She also remarked that some of her co-stars’ speculation about her health was deeply hurtful.
“Those comments were painful—not just for me, but for my children and family who care for me. They saw me fighting for my life,” she mentioned. “From that angle, it wasn’t a positive experience for me, and that’s the impression I was left with.”
