Polly from Selling the OC Teases Upcoming Reunion with Alex Hall and Tyler (Exclusive)

Polly Brindle assures fans that Selling the OC season 4 will be worth the anticipation.

“I’ve seen the trailer, and it will leave you speechless,” Polly, age 39, shared exclusively with Us Weekly at the Celebrity Travel Lounge, hosted by Peta Phipps, on Friday, September 12. “There are so many jaw-dropping moments that will have you saying, ‘Holy f***ing s***.’ Season 4 is on its way!”

One plotline likely to generate buzz is the return of Tyler Stanaland. Following his exit announcement from the Oppenheim Group in October 2023, fans have speculated whether he would return to the Netflix show.

Per Polly, he is back for season 4 and prepared to have that long-awaited conversation with Alex Hall.

Sofía Vergara’s sister Sandra Vergara is set to join the Selling Sunset cast. Ahead of the season 9 premiere on Netflix later this year, Variety confirmed on Monday, July 14, that Sandra, 36, will be part of the Los Angeles-based cast. Before diving into Selling Sunset, Sandra began her career as a broadcast host before moving into scripted content.

“Tyler had a bit of a break from our friend group,” Polly teased from the 1 Hotel West Hollywood. “He’s back now, and it’s great to have him in our vibe tribe again. He’s very, very happy. This season definitely provides a wrap-up of the whole Alex Hall and Tyler situation.”

While the former coworkers shared a kiss during season 2, by season 3, their romantic connection seemed to have dissipated.

“I think there were some things left unsaid, but now everything is on the table,” Polly elaborated. “They are moving forward and remain cordial as everyone heads towards new chapters in their lives.”

This is certainly true for Polly. While enjoying Emmys weekend, the Oppenheim Group agent proudly announced she recently sold a “spectacular mansion” in Brentwood, California, for $9.1 million.

While her costar and friend Gio Helou will always be the “top dog” in the office, Polly takes pride in her progress in the real estate field since the show launched in 2022.

“With each season, I elevate my business, and I hope that continues,” she declared. “I’m one of the most active agents in the office. I’m out there working. For anyone who thinks I won’t sell a million-dollar house just because it’s only a million dollars? I’ll sell anything. Anywhere in California. So bring it on, just give me a call.”

Brett Hillyardreports that Lauren Shortt is moving on to a new phase in her real estate career. Us Weekly can confirm that the Selling the OC star will be departing The Oppenheim Group and will not appear in season 4 of the Netflix series. Instead, she’s ready to introduce new partners in her venture.

As for the cast members who won’t be returning for season 4 — Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, and Alexandra “Ali” Harper are among the stars missing from Netflix’s July announcement — Polly hints that it’s strictly business, nothing personal.

“I believe Jason [Oppenheim] is a savvy businessman, and if you’re not contributing to sales, those desks come at a high cost,” she noted. “Unfortunately, a few people didn’t make the cut to stay with us.”

Selling the OC season 4 is set to premiere on Netflix on Wednesday, November 12.
