Hawaii Five-0 Reboot Cast: What’s Happening with Them Today?
Fans have enjoyed not just one, but two iterations of Hawaii Five-0 over the years — and for many, the modern reboot was as captivating as the classic.
The original Hawaii Five-0 debuted in 1968 and continued until 1980. It showcased an elite unit of the Hawaii State Police known as Five-0, led by Steve McGarrett (Jack Lord) alongside his partner Danny Williams (James MacArthur).
The series made a comeback in 2010 on CBS, reviving the concept with a new cast. It once again followed the Five-0 task force, this time led by Steve McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin), who was on the hunt for his father’s murderer after returning from military service.
After joining forces with former New Jersey police officer Danny Williams (Scott Caan), the task force tackled multiple cases across the Big Island while prioritizing their ohana. The show concluded in 2020 after a successful run of 10 seasons.
