Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban: A Family Album Featuring Their Daughters
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have maintained a relatively private family life with their two daughters over the years.
The Babygirl actress, who married the country singer in 2006, welcomed their first daughter, Sunday Rose, in July 2008, followed by daughter Faith Margaret in December 2010. Kidman also adopted daughter Bella and son Connor during her previous marriage to Tom Cruise.
Kidman frequently expresses her appreciation for the “close bond” she shares with her teenage daughters.
“I sit on their beds and we talk about the most personal topics; I get to be their guide,” she shared in an interview with Allure published in May 2025. “They have the freedom to tell me to be quiet. I can apologize to them. I can stand up to them. I truly cherish the relationship we have. It feels wonderful to acknowledge that.”
On his part, Urban has also expressed his joy in being a father.
“I just love being a parent. I never thought I’d get to experience it,” he stated in an ABC News interview in November 2018. “It’s an amazing experience. And having daughters—I adore having daughters. I grew up in a family with no sisters, just one brother. So, it’s been quite the enlightening journey in a wonderfully positive way.”
After 19 years of marriage, Us confirmed in September 2025 that Urban and Kidman had separated. Various outlets subsequently reported that Kidman filed for divorce on September 30.
