Hailey Bieber Reveals She and Justin Aspire for More Kids but Aren’t Hurrying to Expand Their Family
Hailey and Justin Bieber are dreaming of one day giving their son, Jack Blues, a sibling.
During her appearance on the “In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele” podcast on Friday, October 24, Hailey, 28, shared her enthusiasm for motherhood.
“It’s incredibly rewarding. I truly love being a mom,” she expressed, revealing that she “always knew I wanted to be a mom since childhood.”
“I always pictured myself with children,” Hailey remarked. “But it’s interesting how, as I’ve grown older and now that I have a child, I believe every decision anyone makes about having kids or choosing not to have them is completely valid.”
When asked if she envisions having more children, Hailey responded, “I think so.”
Thiele, 28, joked, “Oh my gosh. You’re going to have like five little Biebers running around!”
Hailey replied, “I definitely want more than one, but I’m not rushing into it.”
In May 2024, Hailey and Justin, 31, announced the exciting news of expecting their first child. They welcomed Jack in August 2024.
“WELCOME HOME,” Justin captioned a touching photo of their baby boy’s tiny foot.
An exclusive source told Us Weekly at the time that Hailey and Justin were “overjoyed” about becoming parents.
“They are thrilled and incredibly thankful to be expanding their family,” the insider added.
Although the source mentioned that Hailey was “taking it easy and not overcommitting to work,” she returned to her professional life a few months later and shared her experiences on balancing work and family in an October 2024 interview with Women’s Wear Daily.
“I’m only pursuing what feels right for me physically, mentally, and emotionally,” she emphasized back then.
Hailey, whose beauty line Rhode was acquired by e.l.f. Beauty in a $1 billion deal in May, referred to the brand as her “toddler.” She shared that she learned numerous lessons while “raising” Rhode.
“Mistakes are inevitable … [there] will be challenges that are beyond your control,” she advised the outlet. “However, it’s important to adapt and navigate through them as they arise.”
On another note, Hailey has been dealing with postpartum challenges while facing persistent rumors about her marriage to Justin. In May, she opened up about the impact of speculation regarding her relationship just after giving birth to Jack. (Hailey and Justin have faced separation rumors since March 2024, which she has consistently denied.)
“The postpartum phase is the most vulnerable period I’ve ever experienced, and rediscovering myself is quite a journey,” Hailey revealed to Vogue. “And to go through that while seeing people online spreading rumors like, ‘They’re getting divorced and they’re unhappy’: It’s an overwhelming mental battle. I can’t express how disorienting it is. It’s a wild life to lead.”
