Kelley Wolf Reunites with Scott Wolf and Their Kids Following Dismissal of Restraining Order

Kelley Wolf has reconnected with her estranged husband Scott Wolf and their three children at Universal Studios after a restraining order against her was lifted.

In a joint Instagram post shared on Friday, February 20, Scott, 57, uploaded a family picture, featuring himself, Kelley, and their three children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11—smiling in front of the Universal Studios sphere in California.

“2/20/2026. Healing. 💙💙💙💙💙 Thank you @unistudios for an epic day at the park! So much fun! 🙏🏻💛” read the caption of the post.

This family outing follows the dismissal of a case against Kelley, 49, by a judge last month, where Scott accused her of violating a restraining order.

Over the years, numerous celebrity couples have navigated tumultuous relationships that often ended in divorce—but not always on the first attempt. Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin were married for 25 years until she filed for divorce in August 2022. “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing […]

The motion to dismiss was approved by a Utah judge on January 27 after the Summit County District Attorney’s Office filed to drop the case without prejudice, as documented by Us Weekly on January 29. This decision was part of a broader resolution that included a request to dismiss a separate case against Kelley regarding alleged harassment of Scott.

Scott and Kelley, who married in 2004, have faced legal challenges since announcing their separation in June 2025.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott stated to People at that time. “Our children have always been, and will continue to be, the loves of our lives and our top priority, so I kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”

Kelley also announced their divorce by sharing her own statement on Instagram simultaneously.

“It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage. This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I won’t discuss the details publicly, I find peace knowing that I’ve acted with integrity and compassion,” Kelley expressed.

“We both look forward to an extraordinary life centered around our remarkable children. My priority has always been their wellbeing—and my own healing. That will never change. I’m stepping into a new chapter of peace, freedom, and protection—with grace. Thank you to the many friends, family, and professionals who have held space for me with love.”

Later that month, Us reported Kelley had been detained by authorities and subsequently hospitalized. After her release, Scott was granted a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife. The Doc star was also awarded full physical custody of their children and sole possession of their family home in Utah.

In August, Kelley was arrested for electronic communication harassment and unauthorized disclosure of personal identifying information. During a hearing the following month, she informed a judge that she intended to seek mental health treatment.

Last month, Scott shared his reflections on a challenging year as he welcomed the new year with a heartfelt Instagram post.

“2025 Recap. Grateful for the hardest year of my life,” Scott wrote alongside a carousel of photos featuring his three children with Kelley. “The curriculum was tough for those I love most. There was suffering, learning, growing, loving, laughing, crying. Mostly learning and growing. In other words, life. I think we passed.”

Scott further remarked, “I love my people more than ever. I love people more than ever. I love my work more than ever. So, the hardest year brought the most love. Life indeed. Wishing you all a 2026 filled with love.”
