Heather Graham radiated body positivity while attending a yoga retreat in Tulum, Mexico.

The Boogie Nights star, 56, took to Instagram on Sunday, March 8, to share snapshots from her recent beach getaway, showcasing three bikinis along with vibrant red activewear and playful dresses.

“So thankful for the opportunity to join the incredible @soukofrima_ and @mjmasala in stunning Tulum for a yoga retreat,” she captioned her photo series. “It was an absolute joy swimming, relaxing on the beach, and dancing with all of you.”

The first image in her post featured Graham donning a white string bikini paired with a wide-brimmed straw hat as she playfully kicked her foot along the shores of a pristine beach. The next shot showcased her in a red string bikini, confidently placing a hand on her hip.

Recently, Graham opened up about her past relationship with the late Heath Ledger, expressing her pride in having dated him during an interview for the October 13, 2025, episode of the “Are You a Charlotte?” podcast. (Ledger passed away at the age of 28 in 2008 due to an accidental drug overdose.)

“I was deeply in love with him during our time together,” Graham shared, reminiscing about her relationship with Ledger in 2000.
