Patrick J. Adams and Troian Bellisario Reveal the Gender of Their Third Baby
Patrick J. Adams and Troian Bellisario are thrilled to be parents to three daughters.
“I now have three daughters,” Adams, 44, shared in a social media clip from The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday, March 13, announcing that Bellisario, 40, welcomed another baby girl earlier this year.
The couple welcomed their first daughters, Aurora and Elliot, in October 2018 and May 2021, respectively. In November 2025, the Pretty Little Liars star revealed she was expecting again, giving birth in January.
“Tag. You’re it,” Adams captioned an Instagram photo featuring the newborn’s hand, keeping the name and sex under wraps.
While guesting on The Drew Barrymore Show, Adams discussed his experience as a father of three.
“[She was born] about a month ago,” joked the star of The Madison. “So, I’m a bit lost right now.”
Earlier this week, Adams enthusiastically mentioned to Entertainment Tonight that their family was “having a blast” with the new arrival.
“We’re in that one-month stage filled with diapers, little sleep, and loads of love,” he explained during the premiere of The Madison. “[There’s] a lot of cuddling and pure joy. Sleep isn’t on the agenda right now.”
Adams added, “I’ve been surrounded by women my whole life. With two sisters and now three daughters, it’s a unique energy being a man in that environment. It’s prepared me well for my role [on The Madison], where I’m just trying to find my way around and support the women in my life.”
Adams and Bellisario have been married since December 2016 after meeting on set in 2009.
“Troian broke up with me, and it was tough,” Adams recalled in a 2012 interview with Popsugar, reflecting on their brief split a year earlier. “The next day, I received an audition for her show for a small role that I typically wouldn’t have pursued at that stage in my career because it was just one day of work on Pretty Little Liars.”
Fortunately, Adams reignited his romance with Bellisario before proposing in 2014, and they married two years later.
“You have an incredible ability to light up every room, make everyone smile, and open every heart you encounter,” Adams expressed about his wife in a heartfelt 2020 Instagram tribute. “We’ve traveled many paths together, and I appreciate every single moment.”
