Season 21 Trailer of America’s Got Talent Promises Spectacular Performances

America’s Got Talent is gearing up to showcase some astonishing talents on the biggest entertainment platform this summer.

In an exclusive preview from Us Weekly, the season 21 trailer for NBC’s popular reality competition series reveals that host Terry Crews will reunite with judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Mel B, and Howie Mandel to spotlight incredible acts vying for the $1 million grand prize.

“Just two minutes can truly alter your life,” Simon hints, praising one remarkable audition. “That performance was worthy of a gold medal.”

Mel B is left speechless as she observes gymnasts, singers, dance troupes, and more displaying their incredible talents.

“You just went bang, bang, bang, pop, flop, top, drop. It was incredible,” she exclaims. “What just took place?!”

Season 21 promises to deliver many heartwarming moments as ordinary people transform into stars overnight with unforgettable performances.

“I believe America is going to adore you,” Sofía tells one contestant. “This embodies what AGT stands for.”

Howie adds, “Not only does America have talent; America has compassion and humanity.”

Last summer, Jessica Sanchez garnered the highest viewer votes and captured the $1 million title.

The singer, who was nine months pregnant during her win in season 20, impressed the judges with her rendition of “Beautiful Things” by Benson Boone. For the finale, she delivered a stirring performance of Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ “Die With a Smile.”

As an additional twist to her AGT journey, Jessica initially reached the semifinals in season 1 in 2006.

“This grand dream started 20 years ago. I truly wanted to give it another chance,” Jessica expressed in a clip shown during the season 20 finale. “I wish I could tell my 10-year-old self, ‘Look where we are today, girl.’”

Jessica isn’t the only notable talent to emerge from America’s Got Talent. Ventriloquist Terry Fator, magician Mat Franco, singer and ukulele artist Grace VanderWaal, and magician Shin Lim are among the stars who have taken home the coveted prize.

According to the season 21 trailer, one contestant rapidly captures the attention — and hearts — of the judges.

“I was paralyzed,” one contestant shares during her audition. “After I recovered, I began to move in ways I never could before.”

Simon later remarks, “That was outstanding. You’ll definitely be remembered for that.”
