Andrea Denver and His Wife Are Expecting Their First Baby in the City
In the City star Andrea Denver and his wife Lexi Sundin are thrilled to announce they are expecting their first child.
“Last fall, we decided it was time to start trying for a family, something we had always dreamed of,” Sundin, 26, shared in an interview with People on Tuesday, June 16. “During Christmas, while spending time with family, I noticed my period was a few days late and had a feeling I might be pregnant.”
Sundin recounted taking a test and, upon receiving a positive result, she excitedly informed Denver, 35, of the wonderful news.
“It was one of those moments you wish you could cherish forever,” she added. “We were completely amazed in the best way and filled with gratitude.”
The couple disclosed to the outlet that they are expecting a baby girl and are eagerly looking forward to meeting their little one.
“It’s exciting because each week makes it feel more real, and we’re both counting down the days until we finally get to meet our little one,” they expressed with enthusiasm.
Denver and Sundin mentioned that they shared the news with family and friends before publicly announcing the pregnancy. They also connected with their In the City co-stars Yvonne Najor and Danielle Olivera, who are both expecting babies with their partners. (Najor is expecting her first child with husband Nick Barber, while Olivera is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Eoin Heavey.)
“Sharing the news with our friends was just as special. It’s honestly amazing that two of our closest friends and cast mates from In the City, Yvonne and Danielle, are also pregnant, all of us due around the same time,” Denver and Sundin reflected. “There’s something really meaningful about experiencing this season of life together. We get to share milestones, exchange stories, and navigate the excitement of becoming parents side by side, making the journey even more special.”
Denver and Sundin also shared their excitement as they embark on this new chapter of their lives.
“More than anything, we’re thrilled about all the little moments that come with parenthood and building our own family. It’s also incredibly special knowing we’re about to make our parents grandparents,” they stated. “We feel extremely grateful and can’t wait to meet our daughter and begin this exciting adventure together.”
The couple first met in 2021, and their love story was showcased on Summer House when Denver was part of the cast from 2022 to 2024. They tied the knot in June 2024 in Denver’s hometown of Verona, Italy, and have since joined the Summer House spinoff, In the City.
