Danielle Olivera from “In the City” Welcomes Her First Child
Summer House alum Danielle Olivera celebrated the arrival of her first child with boyfriend Eoin Heavey on Sunday, June 21.
“Aidan Santos Heavey born June 21, 2026 – 10 weeks premature – the longest day of the year both solstice-wise and for mom and dad,” Heavey, 39, shared via Instagram on the same day.
Olivera, 37, later reposted Heavey’s announcement on her Instagram Stories, adding, “Here early but safe, and we couldn’t be happier.”
Heavey, who began dating Olivera in spring 2025 after knowing her for nearly a decade, provided more details about their son’s early arrival in his Instagram post. “He’s heading to summer camp at NICU for the first ⅔ months in this world, but mom and dad can’t wait to bring him home hopefully soon,” he stated.
On the choice of their son’s name Aidan, Heavey remarked, “Fitting for his mom, Aidan translates to ‘fiery one’ or ‘bringer of fire,’ and she was nothing short of amazing, getting contractions at 10 PM on Friday, going to the ER at 3 AM in Southampton, and then being transferred by ambulance to Stony Brook for another 24 hours.”
Reflecting on his emotions, Heavey said, “Dad was a nervous, terrified, sobbing mess, but I couldn’t have asked for a better first Father’s Day.” Two accompanying photos depicted a glass on a windowsill with “Promoted to Dad” inscribed, and Olivera’s hand reaching through a hospital capsule to grasp their child’s hand.
The couple, who currently star in the Summer House spinoff In the City, announced their pregnancy in a joint Instagram post on May 15. “Baby Heavey on the way,” the caption read alongside a photo of Olivera showcasing her baby bump, with Heavey standing behind her, his hands on her stomach.
Earlier this year, Heavey spoke to Bravo about how he and Olivera initially met years before starting their relationship. “We both moved to New York around the same time, post-college, and would have crossed paths socially back then. We met during that time,” he shared. Heavey also noted he had been “living down in Miami” for some time before moving back to New York and reconnecting with Olivera. The couple moved in together in January.
