Sammi Sweetheart from Jersey Shore Clears Up Pregnancy Rumors
Jersey Shore star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola has addressed fan speculation regarding a possible pregnancy.
Following her attendance at Jenni “JWoww” Farley’s wedding to Zack Carpinello, the 39-year-old took to social media to share moments from the event.
“Congratulations to such a beautiful couple, we are so incredibly happy for you both!” Sammi shared on Instagram on Thursday, June 25. “Wishing you many years filled with love, newlyweds ♥️🥹🥂 @jwoww @zackclayton.”
While her post was heartfelt and innocent, some followers began speculating that Sammi might be expecting again, likely due to her choice of a sheer floral dress.
In response to the rumors, she later commented, “Guys, I’m not pregnant again. It’s tough to shed this baby weight!”
In August 2025, Sammi and her husband, Justin May, welcomed a baby boy named Vincent Keith May. She shared her journey to motherhood on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation and continues to participate in its final season, which is currently airing on MTV.
While some fans speculated about another pregnancy, others were quick to offer support to the reality star.
“Let your body recover! You look gorgeous as always,” one fan commented. “You don’t need to dwell on superficial judgments. Cherish this time with your baby and husband.”

Sammi and her husband were among the Jersey Shore stars who celebrated Jenni’s surprise wedding with Zack in New Jersey this week.
Guests gathered at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, on Wednesday, June 24, under the pretense of attending a special screening of Jenni’s latest movie, Nanny Cam.
Unbeknownst to them, a secret wedding ceremony was in the works.
“After all these years together, being able to celebrate our love surrounded by those who have supported us meant the world,” the couple shared in an exclusive statement to Us Weekly. “The day was filled with laughter, joyful tears, and immense gratitude. We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter of our lives.”
Other costars in attendance included Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, and Deena Nicole Cortese.
“The reality is that fewer than 50 people were invited, and those 50 individuals would go to jail for me,” Jenni shared via Instagram on Thursday, explaining her guest list. “These 50 people, I could call, and they would bury a body.”
