Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi Announce Expecting Baby No. 2
Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have announced the arrival of their second child, providing a peek at the newborn.
On Thursday, September 17, they shared a delightful post via Instagram, where the 22-year-old actress and 24-year-old Bongiovi welcomed their newest family member with a sweet photo.
“Hi little guy!” was the caption accompanying the post, which showcased a picture of their son’s tiny hand. The snapshot also included what seemed to be Brown’s hand, adorned with a ring that read “Mom.”
Earlier on the same day, People reported that the couple had discreetly welcomed their second child through adoption. Us has contacted representatives for both Brown and Bongiovi for further comments.
Brown and Bongiovi, who tied the knot in May 2024, are also parents to a daughter, whom they welcomed via adoption a year after their wedding.
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” they expressed in an Instagram statement in August 2025. “We are absolutely thrilled to embark on this beautiful new chapter in peace and privacy. And then there were three!”
During a June appearance on Kylie Kelce’s “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, the Stranger Things star opened up about her motherhood journey and shared the challenges of adopting a child.
“Every journey is unique. Waiting for that call is the toughest part,” Brown shared.
She offered some advice to those on a similar path, saying, “I always encourage others to realize that each journey is distinct. Don’t compare yourself to different families or statistics; your baby is out there, and you will find each other.”
In the podcast, Brown addressed the backlash she has faced regarding her parenting decisions as a public figure.
“I thought, ‘This is brutal, you are brutal,’ and I don’t have the time for angry people who just want to tear you down, especially in motherhood,” Brown expressed. “I’ve never dealt with anything like this. I can handle the criticism, like, ‘Oh, my gosh, you showed your nipples? What a terrible person!’ But when it’s, ‘You didn’t put a hat on your baby?’ I think, ‘Go ahead and try to put a hat on my baby. I dare you to try and get her to wear a beanie.’”
Brown concluded, “Mind your business, dress your own baby, and keep quiet. Sorry, but that’s the truth—it’s so straightforward.”
