On Thursday, January 16, Palmer, 31, showcased a stunning plaid ensemble that had Us absolutely buzzing, reminiscent of the iconic Dionne “Dee” Davenport, portrayed by Stacey Dash, in Clueless, while in New York City. During her appearance at NBC Studio, Palmer donned a fuzzy black-and-white plaid coat adorned with gold buttons and featuring an ankle-length silhouette.
Wearing the coat open, she revealed a chic matching mini skirt along with a black turtleneck top, a combination that would fit perfectly in Beverly Hills. The actress is in Manhattan promoting her latest film, One of Them Days, and completed her Clueless-inspired look with knee-high boots, a black leather handbag, and sleek gloves. To elevate her outfit further, she accessorized with dangling gold earrings and a stylish leather cap worthy of Dionne herself.
Palmer’s makeup was equally impressive, featuring expertly shaped eyebrows, bronzed cheeks, smokey eyeshadow, long lashes, and glossy pink lips, adding a touch of glamour to her already stunning appearance.
Palmer perfectly channeled the essence of Dionne, who was renowned for her black-and-white plaid blazer featuring leather lapels as she glided to school alongside Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone) in the 1995 classic film.
