Chappell Roan Shares Fresh-Faced Selfie Before the Grammys
Chappell Roan is celebrating her natural look ahead of the 2025 Grammys.
On Wednesday, January 29, Roan, 26, showcased her authentic curls and makeup-free face on Instagram. The singer looked into the camera, highlighting her smooth complexion, striking blue eyes, and dark brown eyebrows. She allowed her vibrant red curls to flow freely, with strands bouncing playfully off her head and draping over her shoulders. Roan completed her laid-back appearance with a navy blue graphic sweatshirt.
In another photo, she donned a pair of black sunglasses and struck a playful pout for the camera.
“It’s Grammy week. I’m feeling quite emotional. My heart is filled with warmth and gratitude for all the support I’ve received this past year,” Roan captioned the post. “I hope you can appreciate how incredible, scary, spiritual, and confusing this journey has been.”
Roan, who rose to fame in 2024 with hits like “Good Luck, Babe!”, “Casual,” and “Hot to Go,” expressed her gratitude: “Ultimately, I am thankful for every one of you who has streamed my music and come out to shows and festivals. I’m excited about the performance we’ve been planning for all of you.”
Roan is scheduled to perform at the Grammys, joining other stars such as Billie Eilish, Charlie XCX, Cynthia Erivo, and Sabrina Carpenter.
The singer has been nominated for several Grammys, including Best New Artist, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Good Luck, Babe!” Additionally, she is nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Performance for her album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Queen.
When she’s not embracing a natural look, Roan dazzles in bold drag makeup, characterized by vibrant blue eyeshadow, long lashes, rosy cheeks, and striking red lips. If you’re anything like Us, you’re eagerly awaiting her Grammys glam on Sunday, February 2.
