Garrett Yrigoyen discovered true love with his wife Alex Yrigoyen after a tumultuous breakup with Becca Kufrin post-The Bachelorette.
In 2018, Garrett proposed to Kufrin during the season 14 finale, but by 2020, their relationship faced significant issues. Kufrin revealed in September that they had parted ways after Garrett stirred controversy with his remarks regarding “Blue Lives Matter” in the aftermath of George Floyd’s tragic death.
Later that year, Garrett moved on after meeting his now-wife Alex. The couple exchanged vows in November 2023 in Oahu. In January 2025, Us Weekly exclusively reported that Alex is expecting their first child.
“I felt a rush of excitement. I was really thrilled,” Garrett shared with Us at that moment. “She came running over, exclaiming, ‘Oh my God, can you believe it?’ And I was like, ‘No way,’ because it all seemed to happen so quickly.”
