Chiefs Alum Brings Wife’s Breast Pump to Taylor Swift’s Wedding
Former Kansas City Chiefs standout Mitch Schwartz is undeniably his wife Brooke Lynn’s hero for his unwavering support during her first outing postpartum at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s glamorous wedding.
On Friday, July 3, Schwartz, 37, and Lynn, 33, were seen departing their hotel in New York City, where keen social media users noticed the tuxedo-clad NFL veteran carrying a breast pump while his wife walked beside him.
“I’d recognize that accessory anywhere. Total power move,” one Instagram user commented. “Looking stunning, [Brooke].”
Lynn shared the post on her Instagram Stories, humorously noting, “It would have clashed with my outfit.”
Schwartz and Lynn were among about 1,000 guests at NYC’s iconic Madison Square Garden as Swift and Kelce, both 36, exchanged vows. This marked Schwartz and Lynn’s first date night since welcoming their daughter Stevie on June 10. (They also have a 2-year-old daughter, Scottie).
Besides carrying his wife’s portable pump to the wedding, Schwartz also ensured he was aware of her pumping schedule to prevent any discomfort.
“Mitch even kept track of my pumping schedule these last couple of days because I was 💃 🍸 🥃 🍷 🍺 🍹,” the mother of two expressed in a heartfelt Instagram Stories tribute to Schwartz. “I truly adore this man.”
For their outing, Schwartz and Lynn coordinated in black, with the former football star’s black suit perfectly complementing his wife’s elegant evening gown. Lynn wore a fitted Cinq à Sept sheath adorned with sparkling accents along the plunging neckline.
“An unforgettable first night out since introducing our baby girl into the world 💗🥂💐,” the couple captioned a joint Instagram post on Saturday, July 4, featuring photos of their outfits.
Kelce, a tight end for the Chiefs, had numerous current and former teammates present to celebrate his special day. Along with Schwartz and head coach Andy Reid, the guest list featured Patrick Mahomes, George Karlaftis, Mecole Hardman and Ross Travis.
During his NFL career, Kelce began a relationship with Swift in 2023 and they got engaged two years later in August 2025.
Keeping their nuptials private, the announcement of their union was made via a digital “JUST&T MARRIED” billboard outside of MSG on Friday, along with a press release.
“The wedding ceremony attire was crafted by Christian Dior Haute Couture. The designs were created by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the bride and groom,” a representative for Swift stated. “This marks the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. Both of their shoes were custom-made by Christian Louboutin, and the bride donned Cartier jewelry.”
The representative’s statement also revealed that Swift and Kelce chose their brothers to serve as Man of Honor and Best Man instead of having a traditional bridal party.
“The ceremony united both families,” the statement concluded.
