Gypsy Rose Blanchard Unveils Plans for ‘Glowtox’ and Filler Treatments
Gypsy Rose Blanchard is preparing for her upcoming beauty makeover.
“I wanted to share that part of my summer transformation involves something significant. I’m feeling a bit anxious about it,” Blanchard, 35, mentioned in an Instagram video on Wednesday, July 29. “So, I’m going to be getting what’s called Glowtox, which is a professional-grade chemical peel and tox.”
The author of My Time to Stand, who recently celebrated her 35th birthday, expressed her desire to address her “fine lines and wrinkles” as well as “hyperpigmentation” on her cheek through the cosmetic procedure.
“I hope the skin peel will help improve those issues and clear everything up,” she remarked.
Blanchard also mentioned her plans to get lip fillers.
“I’m not looking for anything dramatic, okay? I just want them to be a little fuller, very natural and subtle. I’m really looking forward to it. That’s part of my summer transformation,” she added. “I’m a bit nervous thinking about ‘A needle in my lip.’ It’s going to be a bit scary, but I trust the person I’m going to.”
Lastly, Blanchard stated she’s getting K-tip extensions for her hair.
“I’m really excited for my summer makeover and can’t wait for you all to see the results. Stay tuned for more updates!” she concluded.
Gypsy has experienced several physical changes since her release from prison in December 2023, after serving nearly eight years for her role in the 2015 murder of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.
After being released, Gypsy altered her appearance by going from brunette to blonde, opting for a bob haircut and wearing various wigs. She also underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty in April 2024, followed by getting veneers later that year.
Gypsy managed to lose around 35 pounds, attributing this change to a healthier lifestyle. In March, she shared her journey while denying any GLP-1 usage.
“Listen up, I’m not holding back. My weight loss was due to life changes,” she shared. “Since my release two years ago, my lifestyle shifted significantly — from commissary junk food to wholesome home-cooked meals and exploring new cuisines. I don’t follow a specific workout routine (though I would love to), I don’t restrict my diet, and I’m not using GLP-1. I wasn’t actively trying to drop weight; it was all part of adjusting to freedom.”
Gypsy has also undergone substantial personal shifts since her release. After her two-year marriage to ex-husband Ryan Anderson ended in 2024, she reconnected with her former fiancé, Ken Urker, and they welcomed their daughter, Aurora, in December.
After her parole concluded in June 2025, Gypsy expressed interest in pursuing a career in makeup at cosmetology school.
The influencer hinted at all these changes in her life through a daily affirmation shared on Instagram on Tuesday, July 28.
“I’m no longer who I was,” the post stated. “I’m becoming the woman I choose to be.”
