Irina Shayk Strolls with Her Dog and a $60,000 Birkin Bag
Dog owners everywhere understand the drill: when it’s time to walk the dog, you grab whatever clothing is nearest to you and dash out to get your furry friend outside as quickly as possible.
Irina Shayk, on the other hand, transforms this common chore into a style statement. On Monday, April 1, the supermodel was spotted strolling through New York City with her beloved pup and her equally cherished $60,000 Birkin bag.
For her, Shayk, 39, was in casual attire, yet it stood out sharply compared to the more disheveled dog walkers around. Her exquisite Hermès Birkin 35 bag, crafted from black crocodile leather and adorned with gold hardware, is perhaps the chicest way to carry dog necessities while on the go.
She kept warm in a luxurious long black shearling coat by Moose Knuckles — a unisex piece featuring grained sheepskin trim, leather accents at the collar, and a silk lining. Although the coat dwarfed her small Yorkshire Terrier, it coordinated beautifully with her four-legged friend.
Additionally, the Victoria’s Secret model’s Rick Owens trousers instantly elevated her otherwise simple black hoodie, presenting a stylish yet equally comfortable (if not more so!) alternative to traditional denim.

Completing her look, Shayk opted for sleek Balenciaga sunglasses, but she added a fun splash of color with her Riccardo Tisci x NikeLab Air Force 1 High ‘Victorious Minotaurs’ sneakers. These limited-edition shoes are marked by Tisci’s initials, R.T., stitched at the back.
Shayk is well-acquainted with making a fashion statement during her daily dog walks with Peanut, who shares custody with her ex-husband Bradley Cooper along with their daughter, Lea, 7. Peanut was styled to perfection himself, sporting a Louis Vuitton monogrammed collar and leash set.
We can only hope that Cooper, 50, treats Peanut to the $60,000 Louis Vuitton kennel (crafted by Pharrell Williams), which left him speechless during the brand’s store opening last November. As he expressed on the red carpet: “The biggest standout for me was the Louis Vuitton dog house.”
No doubt Peanut and his devoted, designer-clad mom, Shayk, would wholeheartedly agree.
