The crime drama features Tom Hardy in the role of Harry Da Souza, a fixer for the London crime syndicate. Joining him are Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, Paddy Considine, and Anson Boon, who portray members of the infamous Harrigan family. Director and filmmaker Guy Ritchie serves as an executive producer for the series.
The first season achieved remarkable success, becoming the second most-watched show on Paramount+ after its premiere in March 2025. Fans’ desires for a new season were met with a renewal announcement shortly thereafter.

MobLand season 2 was confirmed in June 2025, right after the finale of season 1.
