Kristin Cavallari Opens Up About Her Date with Morgan Wallen
Kristin Cavallari is open about her dating experiences.
During her appearance on the “Dumb Blonde” podcast hosted by Bunnie XO, who is married to country singer Jelly Roll, Cavallari discussed her dating life. This discussion follows her breakup with ex-boyfriend Mark Estes in October and comes after the announcement of her divorce from ex-husband Jay Cutler in 2020.
In the Dec. 30 episode, the “Hills” star specifically addressed the speculation regarding a potential romance with country artist Morgan Wallen after dating rumors circulated in 2023.
Cavallari confirmed that she “definitely hung out” with Wallen, describing the “Last Night” singer as a “good guy” who is “very sweet” and possesses “a big heart.”
“On our first date, he was a true gentleman. He said, ‘I’ll pick you up, I’ll choose the place,’” Cavallari reminisced, noting that Wallen “just f—— handled business.”
She mentioned that Wallen picked her up and met her three kids—sons Camden and Jaxon, and daughter Saylor—who were “so excited” about the introduction.
“(Wallen) arranged a private room with his bodyguard,” she continued about the date. “He dropped me off, kissed me in the rain. It was the sweetest moment. We spent time together afterward.”
Despite the “sweet” first date, Cavallari indicated that the relationship had its ups and downs, describing it as “a lot.”
“Honestly, Morgan was the first guy in my entire f—— life who wasn’t just completely taken with me,” Cavallari revealed.
“It genuinely surprised me,” she added.
“I enjoy having the upper hand, but with him, I didn’t feel that way. I thought, ‘I’m going to get it.’ I never did.”
When Bunnie XO inquired about Wallen’s romantic side, Cavallari laughed and refrained from answering but did mention that he was “good in bed.”
“I will say, I walked away from him a couple of times and ultimately ended it myself. But I never really had him,” Cavallari stated.
Though she stated she has “nothing but good things” to share about Wallen, she’s “glad” that the relationship didn’t progress in hindsight.
“I care for Morgan, but I don’t want to be with him,” Cavallari shared, revealing that she hasn’t spoken to him in “probably a year.”
In September 2023, Cavallari addressed the dating rumors with Wallen while guesting on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
During that appearance, she confirmed that she wasn’t “dating” Wallen. However, when host Andy Cohen asked if she had been on a date with him, Cavallari playfully replied, “I don’t know, I don’t know,” then pretended to zip her lips shut.
In another interview with “Entertainment Tonight” released that same month, Cavallari declared she was “done dating in Nashville,” insisting that she can “guarantee” she won’t settle down with a country music star.
