Mikayla Nogueira Glams Up for Her Divorce Court Appearance
Mikayla Nogueira got all dolled up for her date at divorce court.
“I could throw up,” she remarked while putting on mascara for her smokey eye. “I wouldn’t wish divorce on anyone. This has been the toughest experience I’ve ever faced in my life.” Nogueira, 27, emphasized that the internet has made a “joke” of her divorce from Cody Hawken. “Today marks the official start of the process to end this marriage.”
The makeup artist expressed that she used to believe divorces were as easy as signing a piece of paper. “It takes an incredibly long time,” she explained. “At least I have an end in sight with a trial scheduled for July.”
Nogueira also candidly discussed seeing Hawken, 28, for the first time in months, stating that she needed to look like “a bad f***ing b****.”
“Seriously, the makeup is about to slay today,” she said while applying foundation. “This meeting is all about making some big decisions. I could either walk out of there crying my f***ing eyes out or with a huge, goofy smile. I’m not sure how it’s going to go.”
Nogueira shared that she plans to let her lawyer “handle all the speaking” in court. “If I start talking, I’m going to say something dumb,” she joked. “You guys know I have a big mouth.”

For her outfit, Nogueira aimed to “serve looks.” She sported a black vest with white buttons and slacks. She adorned herself with gold and diamond bracelets, watches, and Christian Louboutin pumps, finishing off with a black Birkin bag.
“Whatever happens, happens,” she stated. “I’m heading in with a very positive mindset.”
Nogueira made her divorce with Hawken public via TikTok in February. “Cody and I love each other so much,” she stated in the video. “We would do anything for each other. I want you to know that. I’m not going to disclose any details as to why we made this decision.”
Nogueira continued, “He and I were together for five years and married for two, creating some of the best memories of my life—moments I will cherish forever. I don’t regret a single thing, nor does Cody. I know there will be endless speculation about our divorce, but I assure you that no one knows the reasons behind our decision. The only people who truly know are Cody and I. I want to make that very clear.”
Following the announcement of her divorce, Nogueira revealed that she has rekindled her romance with her high school sweetheart, Zach Panaggio.
