Molly Ringwald and Her Son Roman Strut the Runway Together at NYFW
Molly Ringwald and her son, Roman, enjoyed a memorable moment together at New York Fashion Week.
At the Lingua Franca fashion show on February 4, the mother-son duo walked the runway together. Ringwald, 56, dazzled in a flowing red dress with white pinstripes, featuring a relaxed collar, delicate white buttons down the front, a cinched waist, and a billowing skirt.
The actress — who shares Roman and his twin sister Adele, also 15, with her husband Panio Gianopoulos, along with older daughter Mathilda, 20 — paired her dress with a green floral cardigan and navy blue ribbed velvet clogs, completing her ensemble with elegant hoop earrings.
In terms of makeup, the Breakfast Club actress opted for a natural look, highlighting her eyes with mascara, and adding a rosy blush and nude lipstick. Her signature fiery hair was styled in voluminous curls.
Meanwhile, Roman made a stylish entrance on the runway, sporting a black T-shirt featuring the phrase “The Bowery Hotel” in red cursive. He stylishly mixed and matched with pleated corduroy shorts, adorned with intricate embroidery, paired with a gray zip-up sweater, snug knit socks, and black slippers.
After the show, the charming duo took a moment to pose together backstage.
This isn’t Ringwald’s first experience on the runway; last year, she showcased two different outfits during the Batsheva fall 2024 fashion show.

Initially, she wowed in a striking black ensemble with a hooded top and fitted column skirt. Ringwald added a lacy muff and classic black pumps to her stunning silhouette.
Later in the event, she transitioned into a vibrant purple gown with three-quarter puff sleeves, a mock neck, and a flowing midi skirt, enhanced with a stylish buckle belt, red manicured nails, and chic white pointed-toe heels.
Before making her entrance on the runway, Ringwald took a moment to pose alongside designer Batsheva Hay, who donned a stunning velvet top highlighted with a sequin bow.
