Sami Sheen Breaks Down Over Nose Job Outcomes on Denise Richards’ Show
Sami Sheen had a heartfelt reaction when the results of her rhinoplasty were unveiled in the recent episode of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.
“I’m just so anxious,” Sami, 21, expressed during the Bravo show’s episode that aired on Tuesday, March 18, while she was on her way to the doctor’s office with her mother Denise Richards. “What if it turns out too slim? I really hope he got it just right.”
She went on, “I didn’t really need a breast augmentation; I just wanted larger breasts, but this change is going to impact my entire life.”
Denise, 54, was taken aback by her daughter’s comments.
“Really? I loved your nose,” she responded. Sami replied, “Well, that’s a thing of the past. Thank goodness.”
While sitting in the examination chair, Sami asked Denise to check the results before her.
“I need your honest opinion before I see it,” Sami said, expressing her fear. “I’m so frightened.”
Denise assured her that her nose looked “amazing” before handing her a mirror. The OnlyFans star immediately began to cry upon seeing the results.
“I’ve wanted this for so long. Oh, my God, it looks incredible,” Sami exclaimed. “This is how I would FaceTune it. I can’t believe this is actually happening.”
She added, “I feel so beautiful now. I finally feel ready to take my headshots and start my modeling career. This was the one thing holding me back. … Now I have a beautiful nose.”

Sami called it “the best day of my life” following the post-surgery reveal.
Sami further elaborated on her nose transformation in a confessional interview.
“I would spend countless hours editing my nose, and I often avoided posting certain pictures because it looked too large,” she revealed. “I wouldn’t allow people to post things because of my nose. I wanted to rip it off myself.”
During her confessional, Denise expressed how “happy” she was for Sami.
“Being a mom is challenging because I don’t think Sami realizes how others perceive her beauty,” Denise mentioned. “I had to reflect on my own experiences at 19 when I had surgery and really understand how significant this is for her. I truly believe she made the right choice.”
