Scott Wolf Breaks His Silence with First Instagram Post After Kelley Wolf Divorce
Scott Wolf appreciates spending time with family amidst his ongoing situation with estranged spouse Kelley Wolf.
In his first Instagram update since initiating divorce proceedings, Scott, 57, posted a picture of his kids appearing to travel through an airport terminal.
“On the road with my forever squad,” the Party of Five star captioned his Instagram Story on Friday, June 20, accompanied by Rusted Root’s “Send Me On My Way.”
Scott filed for divorce from his wife in Utah on June 9 after 21 years together. The couple has three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
“After 21 years of marriage, I’ve made the hardest decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott stated in an announcement to People on June 11. “Our children remain our utmost priority, so I respectfully request privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”
Following the separation, the pair’s relationship has attracted media attention.
Earlier this month, Kelley, 48, was briefly admitted to a hospital in Utah after an incident at a hotel.
“Deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female needing assistance,” police reported to People on June 13. “Upon speaking with her, our Deputies discovered she made concerning remarks to a family member, which she also communicated to our Deputies. Consequently, we transported her to a local hospital.”
On the same day, Kelley took to Instagram to release an audio recording of her encounter with authorities. She seemed to be handcuffed after reportedly making “some comments” about her father and others deemed “concerning.”
“I didn’t mean to,” Kelley stated in the recording. “I believe Scott Wolf is abusing me, and now you are doing this to me as well.”
Scott has yet to publicly respond to the abuse allegations, but his longtime friend, Billy Bush, dismissed the accusations, asserting, “I can assure you there is absolutely no truth to any abuse claims against Scott. He is genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest individuals. He embodies that and so much more.”
As Scott proceeds with the divorce, Kelley is voicing her perspective on social media.
While she recognized that divorce is “challenging,” she reassured her followers that she is “happy.”
“I initiated a separation nearly a year ago. I’ve been attempting to file for divorce for months, but there have been delays due to legal representation,” she articulated on Instagram on Thursday, June 19. “Yes, the formal petition came from the other party, but I want it on record: I’ve been mourning this marriage for years. This isn’t about avoidance — it’s about acceptance. I’m well beyond grief and well into healing. Absolutely.”
