The Ultimatum Season 4 Couples: Which Relationships Are Still Going Strong?
The Ultimatum revolves around established couples striving to save their relationships — but are all of them still together, or have some called it quits?
Netflix’s popular series features real-life couples who embark on “trial” marriages with alternate partners before deciding if they’re ready to commit to their original significant others. Following its success, The Ultimatum returned for its fourth season in July 2026, packed with drama, unexpected exits, and potential breakups.
Hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey previously shared insights on how The Ultimatum stacks up against other reality hits like Love Is Blind.
“It might sound a bit odd,” Nick mentioned to USA Today in 2022. “But the stakes feel significantly higher in Ultimatum because these individuals have been in relationships for a while.”
He elaborated: “The emotional anxiety in the room was something you could feel; it was quite an emotional roller coaster. And we were right there with them.”
Vanessa noted that she and Nick were particularly “more vulnerable” with this group.
“We opened up to them more,” she remarked. “We had several dinners where we enjoyed a glass of wine and discussed the process, sharing our own life experiences.”
