Who Will Be Performing at the 2025 Grammys?

The 2025 Grammy Awards are poised to be an electrifying event. On January 24, the Recording Academy unveiled the initial roster of performers slated for the upcoming ceremony, just days before the event set to take place on February 2.

Among the early announced performers are Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, and several other nominees, with additional acts revealed in further announcements on January 29 and January 31.

Benson Boone

This marks the first Grammy nomination for “American Idol” alum Benson Boone.

Thanks to his popular track “Beautiful Things,” Boone is nominated for best new artist this year alongside other artists including Sabrina Carpenter, Doechii, Khruangbin, Raye, Chappell Roan, Shaboozey, and Teddy Swims.

Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish, a nine-time Grammy winner, is nominated for seven awards this year, including record of the year, album of the year, song of the year, best pop solo performance, best pop duo/group performance, best pop vocal album, and best dance pop recording. Her track “Birds of a Feather” stood out from her May 2024 album “Hit Me Hard and Soft.”

Chappell Roan

Chappell Roan is also making her Grammy debut this year.

The singer of “Good Luck, Babe” is nominated for record of the year, album of the year, best pop vocal album, song of the year, best new artist, and best pop solo performance.

Charli XCX

Charli XCX’s sixth studio album “brat” garnered her eight nominations from the Recording Academy, including album of the year, record of the year, best pop duo/group performance, best pop solo performance, best dance/electronic album, best dance pop recording, best recording package, and best music video.

Notably, her album also sparked the viral trend known as “brat summer.”

Doechii

Doechii joins Benson Boone and Chappell Roan as a first-time nominee this year.

The rapper known for “What It Is” is in the running for best new artist, best rap album, and best rap performance.

Raye

Raye, whose full name is Rachel Keen, made waves by becoming the artist with the most wins in a single night in Brit Awards history last year. She’s up for a Grammy in the category of best new artist, along with songwriter of the year (non-classical) and best engineered album (non-classical) for her contributions to Lucky Daye’s album “Algorithm.”

Sabrina Carpenter

Similar to the other performers at the 2025 Grammys, Sabrina Carpenter has had an outstanding year in music. The “Espresso” artist is nominated for record of the year, album of the year, song of the year, best new artist, best pop solo performance, and best pop vocal album.

Shakira

If Shakira’s performance is anything like her unforgettable appearance at the 2020 Super Bowl with Jennifer Lopez, it’s bound to be a highlight of the evening.

The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer boasts three Grammys in her illustrious career and could win another in the category of best Latin pop album for her album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

Teddy Swims

This marks Teddy Swims’ first Grammy nomination. With his track “Lose Control,” he is up for best new artist.

Brad Paisley

Brittany Howard

The Recording Academy officially announced Shaboozey’s inclusion in the performers’ lineup on January 31.

Shaboozey is vying for five awards at the ceremony, including song of the year for his hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and best new artist.
