Inside Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko’s $1.3M New Home in Santa Clarita
The Valley stars Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko have made headlines with their relocation to Santa Clarita, California. Us Weekly offers an exclusive first glimpse of their newly purchased home.
During season 1 of the Bravo series, Danny, 41, made efforts to persuade his 35-year-old wife to move north of Los Angeles to Santa Clarita as they look to grow their family.
Us broke the news in December 2024 that the couple is expecting their fourth child.
“We had a plan. This came a bit sooner than expected. But we believed this baby needed to arrive at a specific time, just a tad earlier than we intended,” Nia shared exclusively with Us back then. Danny humorously added that they’re not stopping there, saying, “I think we’re just going for a football team.”
The couple, who already have son Asher, 3, and 22-month-old twins Isabelle and Zariah, has agreed to the move and secured their new residence with the assistance of listing agents Brandon King and Austin Muller.
Nia and Danny recently finalized the purchase of a nearly $1.3 million home in Santa Clarita, featuring five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a sizable loft/office space, as confirmed by Us. The property boasts a spacious backyard complete with a pool, a modernized kitchen, and the primary bedroom includes a balcony that overlooks the nearby Plum Canyon.
