Brooks Nader and Her Sisters Hype Up Filming for Their New Reality Show
The Nader sisters are all set for lights, cameras, and action with a brand-new reality show.
After Hulu announced that Brooks, Sarah Jane, Grace Ann, and Mary Holland Nader star in a new reality series titled Love Thy Nader, the sisters shared some insights with Us Weekly about what viewers can expect.
“Honestly, I know it sounds cliché and everyone says, ‘I want to be on reality TV,’ but the stars truly aligned beautifully for us, and we’re incredibly thankful for that,” Brooks told Us at Hulu’s inaugural Get Real House on April 22. “The reality TV gods were clearly on our side because chaos unfolded right after we found out.”
On April 3, Us discovered that filming was underway at Brooks’ launch event for her collaboration with Hudson Jeans. Just days later, it was revealed that the former Dancing With the Stars contestant and Gleb Savchenko had parted ways again.
All the sisters have expressed their willingness to share their dating lives on camera, but Love Thy Nader promises to showcase much more.
The docuseries will follow the sisters as they transition from their modest roots in Louisiana to embracing the glamorous life of New York City, all in pursuit of “making it” in the Big Apple.
“We grew up sharing a bedroom in Louisiana,” Brooks shared with Us. “Everyone went off and had relationships, yet here we are, back together under one roof just like we were in Louisiana. It feels like we’re starting over.”
While other reality TV shows have centered on sister dynamics, such as The Kardashians and The Culpo Sisters, the Nader sisters believe that there is ample room for every story. They actually credit Olivia Culpo, Kim Kardashian, and others for paving the way.
“I must say, the personality dynamics of the Kardashian sisters remind me a lot of our own,” Grace Ann noted to Us. “We have our own mix of stronger personalities.”
Mary Holland remarked, “We can relate to their strong sisterhood bonds. That theme is common across all shows.”
As this unpredictable reality TV journey kicks off, the Nader sisters can rely on a solid support system from their mom and dad.
While chatting with Us, Sarah Jane and her sisters hinted that viewers might meet their parents in the upcoming series. Their dad Breux Nader added, “Being these girls’ dad is the most fun job. It’s a blast.”
Love Thy Nader is set to premiere on Hulu and Freeform this summer.
