Christina Ricci Puts Her Los Angeles Home on the Market for $4 Million

Christina Ricci is looking to make a change in her real estate journey.

The Yellowjackets actress, who is 45 years old, has put her home on the market in the picturesque Los Angeles neighborhood of Silver Lake for $4.175 million, as confirmed by Us Weekly.

According to the listing by Compass real estate agent Lorraine Getz, this “stunning architectural gem is a true showstopper” thanks to its breathtaking views and an airy open floor plan filled with natural light.

Regarding the reason for Ricci’s decision to sell, a spokesperson from Compass communicated to Us that the actress has opted to relocate after a family member experienced a loss in the Palisades fire. Consequently, she is seeking a larger space to accommodate their move-in.

On January 7, a series of fires ignited in Los Angeles County, leading to evacuations for thousands of residents over several weeks. The devastating Eaton and Palisades fires were fully under control by January 31, but unfortunately, they left many homeowners displaced or without properties.

The future buyer of Ricci’s estate will enjoy numerous amenities and features.

This three-bedroom, four-bathroom home boasts a chef’s dream kitchen equipped with a sub-zero refrigerator, Miele appliances, and a bold center island.

Guests looking to unwind will appreciate the living space, which features a modern fireplace and room for a large-screen television.

Those desiring some fresh air will be drawn to the sliding glass walls that open to a private deck and a rooftop terrace.

Situated in a serene cul-de-sac, the secluded property showcases a sophisticated pool and spa that overlook the city skyline.

As a further highlight, the listing notes that “every detail of this home has been meticulously curated, from the Spanish ‘Porcelanosa’ tile and Caesarstone countertops to the cutting-edge smart home technology.”

Ricci’s significant move follows closely after she received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. On March 6, the actress — who is a mother to ten-year-old son Freddie with ex-husband James Heerdegen, and three-year-old daughter Cleopatra with husband Mark Hampton — celebrated this milestone with close friends Dan Bucatinsky and Patty Jenkins.

“I can’t believe what happened today 😭♥️😭♥️,” Ricci shared on Instagram on March 6 after capturing moments on Hollywood Boulevard. “Thank you @danbucatinsky and @pattyjenkins for the heartfelt words ♥️♥️♥️♥️ and to my friends, family, and YJ cast members who came out, thank you!!!! I love you all ♥️.”
