Donna Kelce Cheers on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at the Chiefs Game
Donna Kelce undoubtedly embodies the spirit of family love.
During the Kansas City Chiefs matchup on Sunday, October 19, Donna—the mother of tight end Travis Kelce and former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce—made a fashionable gesture toward her future daughter-in-law, Taylor Swift, and Jason’s wife of seven years, Kylie Kelce.
At 73, Donna radiated joy as she sported the sold-out “No Business Being Here” cap from Kylie’s official merchandise line, captured in a selfie shared by a fan on Instagram over the weekend.
The $35 “pigment-dyed dad hat” is crafted from soft-washed cotton and features elegant side embroidery, as described on the website, highlighting its comfort. “It’s the kind of hat that feels like an old favorite—effortlessly relaxed and ready for any adventure.”
Sharp-eyed fans also noticed Donna wearing a gold “TTPD” bracelet, referencing Swift’s 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department.
True to form, Donna proudly supported Travis with a denim jacket adorned with his jersey number “87,” complemented by Chiefs logo earrings.
The game felt like a family reunion as attendees spotted Travis and Jason’s father, Ed Kelce, distributing friendship bracelets—similar to what he did during Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Toronto last November.
Chiefs fan December Brammer encountered Ed, 73, during the Chiefs’ game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium.
“[My husband and I] have been season ticket holders for 14 years. We’re thrilled to have the Kelce family in Kansas City and welcome Taylor wholeheartedly,” Brammer shared with People.
“I noticed [Ed] passing something out, so we approached him and asked for one,” she added, revealing this encounter occurred before the game. “He was incredibly friendly, greeting everyone and passing them out with such charm!”
The bracelets displayed the names “Travis” and “Taylor” with a heart bead connecting them, along with the letter “E” at the bottom.
Taylor, who made a quiet entrance into the stadium before being spotted in a VIP suite with her father, Scott Swift, felt the warmth of support as quarterback Patrick Mahomes celebrated the Chiefs’ impressive 31-0 victory by sharing a video featuring her song “Opalite” from her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, on Instagram.
After the game, the couple enjoyed dinner with friends at Travis and Patrick’s restaurant, 1587 Prime.
Regarding potential wedding plans, a source exclusively informed Us Weekly in September that “it’s still in the very early planning stages, with no venue or location confirmed yet.”
The insider mentioned that the nuptials are “expected to take place early next year.”
“Almost every major designer has reached out to offer to create her wedding gown,” the source told Us. “She feels flattered and overwhelmed but hasn’t made a decision yet.”
“They wish to avoid a grand, extravagant wedding filled with many attendees. It will be an intimate celebration with close friends and family, focusing on those who matter most to them,” the source added.
