Gigi Hadid Posts Exclusive Spring Moments with Daughter Khai in NYC
Gigi Hadid is all set for summer, but first she’s looking back on her spring experiences with daughter Khai.
“Thru spring 🐌💌,” Hadid, 30, shared a collection of Instagram photos on Wednesday, June 18, reflecting on her recent season alongside her little one.
The supermodel, who shares a daughter named Khai, 4, with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, gave her followers a peek into her life as a mom over the past few months, featuring a stroll through New York’s Central Park with her daughter.
In the NYC photo, Hadid donned a striped coat, black pants, and sneakers while holding a “Rover Town” tote bag. Khai sported a more vibrant outfit with a cherry-printed rain jacket, a pink dress, deep pink tights, and sneakers.
Though not all of Hadid’s recent photo collection focused on Khai, there were several snapshots of their mother-daughter outings. One picture captured Khai surrounded by a group of goats that had wandered into their home.
In the charming shot, Khai held a carrot, dressed in a white long-sleeved shirt, pink tie-dye sweats, and pink cowboy boots.
Another outdoor moment featured Khai in a watermelon-print bathing suit enjoying time by the river with a friend.
Hadid kept her child’s face off camera but shared a touching moment where she held onto Khai’s hand while they cuddled on the couch.
Fans also got a glimpse into Hadid’s morning routine through nostalgic photos. One image highlighted “Khai’s Breakfast Menu,” crafted by “executive chef Mama,” which included options like pancakes, eggs, Nutella roll-ups, overnight oats, and more for her daughter to choose from.
Hadid’s spring memories also included scenes from her Pennsylvania farm, showcasing seasonal flowers draping a green car parked along a dirt road. She shared personal downtime moments, like relaxing by the pool and attending Oh, Mary! on Broadway.
She even shared a humorous TikTok video of her “warming up” for the 2025 Met Gala “in your 30s,” as she practiced stretching in a limo before hitting the red carpet. Additionally, she revealed behind-the-scenes pictures from her work engagements, such as lounging in a hammock for Havaianas.
The social media post wrapped up with two cookie cakes that read “School’s out!” and “Happy summer break 2025,” marking the onset of the new season. Two little hands were seen reaching for a sprinkle cupcake topped with a watermelon ring to celebrate the occasion.
Earlier in February, Hadid shared memories with Khai, documenting the “end of ‘24,” which she posted later than planned as she suffered from the flu at the beginning of the year.
Despite the rocky start to 2025, Hadid expressed via Instagram, “Feeling very blessed always.”
Although Hadid and Malik, 32, who parted ways in 2021 after an on-and-off relationship for six years, make an effort to keep their daughter’s face private on social media whenever possible, Hadid recently discussed their coparenting dynamic.
“Zayn and I plan our custody schedule months ahead,” Hadid shared with Vogue for her April cover feature. “While it may change occasionally, we support each other and have each other’s backs.”
The model, who has been in a relationship with Bradley Cooper since October 2023, emphasized that her coparenting connection with Malik is built on “love, and a sense of camaraderie.”
Hadid and the former One Direction star stand united in their approach to safeguarding Khai while living in the public eye.
“It’s challenging when the world thinks it knows everything about us,” she remarked. “Ultimately, we’re not inclined to share our entire story. What truly matters is that we’re focused on raising our daughter together, with deep respect for one another and not just as coparents, but as people with shared experiences.”
